Scrivi.net is a professional, communicative, and informative space focused on organizational evolution and research related to change over time and the emergence of innovation.
Organizations and companies operate within increasingly broad contexts that are constantly shifting; as a result, a coevolution occurs within our society where numerous contexts and subjects influence each other, much like in biological ecosystems.
And just as in nature, environments that contingently provide constraints and opportunities present both mainstream characteristics and highly specific peripheral variants — micro-contexts that can yield vastly different results. It thus becomes essential to study the ecosystem in which organizations and companies operate at various levels, from different perspectives, and through a multidisciplinary lens.
Through the Scrivi.net website, we explore the dynamics of change and reflect on their application within human organizations, particularly regarding innovation and adaptation to the difficulties and challenges of the epochal shifts in which we are immersed. Our goal is to provide methodologies and tools to reason about the opportunities of the present, drawing inspiration from the past while looking toward the future.

"We have launched a section dedicated to core terms and concepts: a 'growing' glossary that will be updated two or three times a month, starting with 'evolution' and 'adaptability'."
Case Study
In the "case study" section, you will find open-ended reflections forming a multidisciplinary set of inputs — spanning science, history, and management — designed to sharpen the ability to envision scenarios and tackle complexity from diverse perspectives. In the first case study, we explore what, approximately 80,000 years ago, could have radically transformed our way of organizing, making us "a cosmopolitan invasive species" capable of inhabiting every ecological niche, from the Siberian Arctic to equatorial rainforests.
